METAL SIGNS

Our metal carwash signs are a polyethylene aluminum composite material that provides an extremely durable & professional metal sign at an affordable price. Two thinner aluminum layers surround a thicker plastic layer. Sometimes referred to as poly metal or Diabond, this is similar to E-Panel, another aluminum composite material, although this  uses thicker aluminum outer layers to hold up in the harsh car wash environment.

The combination of aluminum & plastic creates a waterproof sign material that is perfect for it’s longevity & durability both inside & out. It can last for decades indoors, and more than 5 years outdoors with proper care. 

Because these poly metal signs can outlast other sign materials, it has to stand up to the negative effects of the sun for longer. The sun won’t damage the sign material itself, but can fade even the best printing inks over time, which is why we add a heavy UV laminate protective layer above the printed design to block the damaging UV rays. This laminate can add years to your sign’s life, and will add an attractive matte or glossy look to your car wash menu.
